doTERRA's growing campus required climate control that could handle vastly different needs: precision temperature control for essential oil storage, comfortable office environments, and high-capacity cooling for production areas — all managed from a centralized building automation system.

We implemented a multi-system approach using VRF technology for office spaces, dedicated cooling systems for storage and production areas, and a unified building automation platform. The design allows each zone to operate independently while the central system optimizes overall energy usage.
